Throwback: Summery Birthday Card

Surprise, it’s a throwback - or maybe more of a “So Far Behind” post? Though the card I’m sharing today is from the archives, it’s a favorite and I have copied the design quite a few times since making it. I love revisiting this simple design and playing with different color schemes to give it a fresh look every time.

If you have scraps lying around (don’t we all?) this layout and style is perfect to use some of them up. Depending on the color scheme and the embellishments you choose, it’s also a great option for the dreaded “masculine” card without being too cliché. It's a wonderful way to be resourceful and creative all at once!
