Studio Calico Galileo Kit Sneaks + Memorial Day Sale

Have you seen the official sneak peeks for the SC June kits, yet? Cute, cute stuff! Actually there's even more things I'm excited about and want to tell you but I was a few days away spontaneously (if you are a follower on Social Media you, of course, knew that already) and now way behind my schedule.

Studio Calico Galileo Card Kit Sneaks

The image above is one I snatched from Studio Calico's sneak page. Lisa Spangler and the SC photographer do an amazing job to showcase the main card kit here. This month, I'm a particular fan of the kit stamp set designed by illustrator Lizzie Mackay. It has this adorable bunny stamp and an ice cream cone with two different sizes of gelato scoops and other images and sentiments to round it all out. No wonder, it was the first thing I wanted to use for my gallery card samples!

Another card that came together quickly once I thought it all out and gather my supplies was the following. I just really like Kelly Purkey's fresh and modern style and this wedding stamp set she designed as a card add-on is no exception.

Actually, I have a bonus sneak for that particular stamp set since my brother asked me for a quick and very CAS wedding card the day the June kits hit the door step. I say bonus here since we wanted to work with the bride and groom's wedding colors (gold + red), i.e. I had to use some things not included in the kit.

There's a lot more in my box that wants to make it onto a card and I'll be working on that on the weekend. I'm going to update Instagram with work in progress and sneaks of finished cards if you want to join me there. The Galileo kit and add-ons will be available from May 27th at Studio Calico.
